AMCH Certificate Program History

The American Medical College of Homeopathy (AMCH) was established in Phoenix Arizona in 1999. Originally named the Desert Institute School of Classical Homeopathy, it changed its name to the American Medical College of Homeopathy in 2006. AMCH achieved licensure status through the Arizona Private Postsecondary Board of Education in 2000 for its certificate and distance learning programs and full accreditation from the Council for Homeopathic Education (not an accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education) in 2005.

AMCH has graduated five classes since its inception. AMCH Class VI is in the process of completing their training in February 2012.
